Initial Consultation (Free)

A complimentary 30-minute consultation designed to discuss your goals, health history, and the most suitable training or program options for you.

This session is a conversation-based consult only and may include:

  • Goal setting and expectations

  • Health and injury history discussion

  • Training options and recommendations

  • Explanation of services and next steps

This session does not include exercise or fitness testing.

Personal Training

1-on-1 Personal Training

From $55 per session

Personalised one-on-one training designed around your goals, abilities, and lifestyle. Each session focuses on building strength, improving mobility, balance, and confidence through safe, effective movement.

Sessions are tailored to support all fitness levels in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Session options available:

  • 45-minute session

  • 60-minute session

Partner / Couple Personal Training

$80 per session

Train together with a partner or friend in a supportive, motivating environment. Sessions are tailored to suit both individuals’ goals, fitness levels, and abilities while focusing on strength, mobility, balance, and confidence.

This is a great option for accountability, shared progress, and training with someone you trust.

Session duration:

  • 60 minutes

In-Home Personal Training

$65 per session

Personalised one-on-one training delivered in the comfort of your home. Sessions are tailored to your goals, abilities, and available space, focusing on strength, mobility, balance, and functional movement.

Important information:

  • An initial consultation is completed at LMJ Fitness HQ prior to in-home sessions

  • Training is based on available equipment and space (clients may use their own home gym if available)

  • Travel fees may apply outside the local area and will be discussed at the initial consultation

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

CASUAL Gymstick Group Fitness Class

$15 per session

Gymstick Muscle Class

A full-body resistance training class using the Gymstick to build strength, improve posture, and enhance functional movement. Sessions combine controlled strength work with mobility and stability exercises, making them suitable for a wide range of fitness levels.

Modifications are provided so participants can train safely and confidently.

This is a coached, choreographed class with clear demonstrations and options provided.

Gymstick 10 Week Term Package

$120 (paid upfront)

A 10-week Gymstick resistance training program held weekly on Fridays. This option is designed for participants who want accountability and consistency by committing to the full term upfront.

Term conditions:

  • 10 sessions across the term

  • Paid upfront and non-refundable

  • Missed sessions are not redeemable

  • Make-up classes provided only if LMJ Fitness cancels a session

Chair Champions Group Fitness Class

$10 per session

A supportive, low-impact group exercise class designed for older adults and those requiring seated or supported exercise options.. Sessions focus on improving strength, mobility, balance, coordination, confidence, and fall prevention, through safe, functional movements.

Exercises can be performed seated or standing, with individual modifications provided where required.

Important Information

  • All participants must complete a pre-exercise screening and waiver before commencing physical activity

  • Medical clearance may be required in some cases

  • New participants are encouraged to contact Leona prior to booking so the most suitable class time and pre-exercise screening can be discussed.

  • All sessions are paid for at the door on arrival- cash or card are accepted.

4-Week Custom Training Program

Starting at $125

A personalised 4-week training program designed around your goals, fitness level, available equipment, and lifestyle.

This option is ideal for clients who want structured guidance for gym-based or home-based training, while still training independently.

Programs are delivered through a dedicated training app and may include strength, mobility, general fitness, or goal-specific training.

Basic Program - $125

Best suited to clients who are confident exercising independently and want a clear, structured plan to follow.

Includes:

  • Initial consultation

  • Personalised 4-week training program

  • 2–3 strength sessions per week

  • Video demonstrations for each exercise

  • Written instructions and coaching cues

  • Basic progression guidance

  • Program delivered via training app

Follow-Up Program Block - $110

For existing LMJ Fitness program clients who are ready to move into their next 4-week training phase.

This option is available for clients continuing directly from their previous program block, or returning within 8 weeks of their last LMJ Fitness program.

Your follow-up program is updated based on your progress, goals, confidence, previous training block, and any adjustments needed.

Includes:

  • Updated 4-week training program

  • Progressions or exercise changes where needed

  • Updated sets, reps, loads, or training focus

  • Continued app access

  • Basic progression guidance

If it has been more than 8 weeks since your last program, a new consultation and full program may be required to ensure your program is safe, current, and suitable.

Premium Program + 3 PT Support Sessions - $320

Includes the $125 Basic Program plus 3 × 60-minute PT support sessions.

Best suited to clients who would like extra guidance while learning their program.

Includes everything in the Basic Program, plus weekly personal training sessions to go through each program session in detail.

This allows you to:

  • Practise each session independently first

  • Review your technique with me

  • Check exercise setup and starting weights

  • Make adjustments where needed

  • Build confidence using your program safely

Most clients choose to complete one PT session per week for the first 3 weeks, so we can work through each program session together.

Important Note

This is an independently completed training program. Personal training sessions can be added if you would like hands-on coaching, exercise setup support, and technique correction.

All programs are discussed and confirmed during an initial consultation to ensure suitability before program design.

Program design begins once payment has been received. Completed programs are released once payment has been made in full.

Assessments

Initial Appraisal

$40

An initial assessment completed before commencing exercise. This session includes basic measurements and a health screening to establish a safe starting point and guide appropriate program design.

  • Completed at LMJ Fitness HQ

  • No exercise or training included

  • Required before some programs or ongoing training

Progress Check (Follow-Up)

A follow-up assessment designed to review progress and track changes since your initial appraisal. This session includes repeat measurements and a brief discussion to guide next steps.

Fitness Testing

Individual fitness testing tailored to your goals or requirements. Testing options, time requirements, and pricing are discussed and confirmed prior to booking. Suitable for clients wanting specific performance, strength, or fitness benchmarks.

Testing is completed at LMJ Fitness HQ and may require medical clearance in some cases.
